Mr. Jonathan Pierce
Senior Advisor — Energy Markets

Mr. Jonathan Pierce

A senior figure in international energy markets with more than two decades of institutional experience, Mr. Pierce brings deep expertise in market structure, pricing dynamics and counterparty intelligence across the Atlantic and Asian basins. He has led refinery engagement and off-take strategy for major trading groups, and now advises TTGI on supply-chain optimization, blending economics and the commercial frameworks that position the firm as a long-term strategic partner to producers, refiners and qualified resellers worldwide. He works closely with TTGI's commercial leadership to ensure that every market entry is backed by rigorous intelligence and aligned with the firm's institutional standards.

Mr. Jerod Stephens
Senior Advisor — Refining & Physical Trading

Mr. Jerod Stephens

Former refinery executive and physical trader with deep expertise in crude and refined product flows across the Atlantic and Asian basins. Mr. Stephens has led off-take negotiations and physical desk operations for major refining groups, and now advises TTGI on supplier qualification, blending economics and the structured commercial frameworks that make the firm a trusted strategic partner for refineries and institutional resellers. He works in close coordination with TTGI's Strategic Positioning function to ensure that today's hydrocarbon revenues are channeled toward tomorrow's energy architecture — aligning refinery off-take, product slates and term contracts with the firm's longer-horizon transition strategy.

Mr. Lars Brouwer
Senior Advisor — Shipping & Terminals

Mr. Lars Brouwer

A former shipping and terminal executive with more than two decades of marine logistics experience, Mr. Brouwer specializes in chartering strategy, demurrage management, storage optimization and FOB / CIF / DAP execution across major energy ports including Rotterdam, Fujairah, Houston and Singapore. He has led vessel operations and terminal coordination for international trading houses, and now advises TTGI on vessel nominations, berth scheduling and the operational discipline that allows refineries and resellers to rely on the firm for predictable, fully managed delivery performance. He works closely with TTGI's commercial teams to align shipping schedules with counterparty delivery windows, ensuring that every cargo movement reinforces the firm's reputation for disciplined, end-to-end execution.

Mr. Stephen Golden
Senior Advisor — Economics & Risk

Mr. Stephen Golden

Mr. Golden comes from the world of economics, risk mitigation and physical trading. A former commodities trader and logistics expert, he advises TTGI on price risk frameworks, hedging strategy and logistics structuring that protect counterparties across volatile market cycles. Working closely with Ms. Rao's forward-looking mandate, he anchors TTGI's Strategic Positioning function on the economics side — pressure-testing capital allocation and risk-adjusted entry points as the firm evaluates intelligent deployment of hydrocarbon earnings into frontier energy categories, including space-based power and the emerging dark-energy infrastructure layer. His discipline ensures every bridge into tomorrow's energy architecture is underwritten with the same rigor TTGI applies to physical trade.

Ms. Anjali Rao
Senior Advisor — Strategic Positioning & Future Energy

Ms. Anjali Rao

A Silicon Valley operator and strategist with two decades at the intersection of energy, deep technology and venture capital, Ms. Rao advises TTGI on long-horizon positioning across clean energy, advanced fuels, grid-scale storage and the emerging frontier of space-based and dark-energy infrastructure. Having held senior roles with Bay Area venture funds and climate-tech ventures spanning Palo Alto, Menlo Park and San Francisco, she helps the firm map where hydrocarbon revenues today can seed strategic equity positions in tomorrow's energy systems — ensuring that refineries, sovereign producers and institutional resellers who partner with TTGI gain a credible bridge into the next generation of energy economics and frontier technology deployment.

Ms. Mei-Lin Cheung
Senior Advisor — International Banking & Humanitarian Finance

Ms. Mei-Lin Cheung

A senior international banker with more than two decades of trade finance experience across Singapore, Tokyo and Hong Kong, Ms. Cheung specializes in letters of credit, SBLCs, escrow structures and structured commodity finance for institutional counterparties. Beyond her banking work, she leads TTGI's humanitarian finance agenda — directing structures that channel a portion of transaction economics toward energy access, crisis-response fuel logistics and development programs in underserved markets across Southeast Asia, South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. Her dual mandate strengthens the firm's ability to serve as a fully bankable, socially responsible strategic partner to refineries, sovereign buyers and qualified resellers across the Asia-Pacific corridor and beyond.
